Psychology Capacity Building Activity 2024

  Date: 19 July 2024 

Suni Teacher handled a session on Stress Management as part of the Psychology capacity building program. It went into the psychological aspects of stress, how to manage it, in an interactive manner.

 Reading and reflection involve analyzing a text deeply and thinking critically about its meaning, relevance, and personal insights gained. I read the book 'Is god a mathematician ' by Mario Livio during semester 3. In this book the author explores the relationship between mathematics, human mind and the universe  I read the book ' Is maths Real' By Eugenia Cheng during semester 4. This book is  a thought provoking exploration of mathematics as a practical tool.
